ELLEL MINISTRIES WEEKEND VISIT
7 - 9 SEPTEMBER 2007
A message from David and Wendy Hague. Last November we attended together a healing retreat at Ellel Ministries at their Pierrepont Centre near Farnham in Surrey. Although we have been Christians for nearly 30 years, and in church leadership for nearly 20 of those, the healing retreat really blessed us in our individual walks with the Lord and strengthened our marriage. We believe that through Ellel Ministries, the Lord has prepared us for the next stage of our lives together and walking further into Gods calling for us.
To have nearly 30 Spirit-filled, mission-hearted Christians from all over the world at St Peters for a whole weekend is an immense privilege. 7 - 9 September will undoubtedly be a significant milestone in the development of St Peters Church and all that the Lord has in store for us. For all those who choose to attend the teaching and ministry sessions, it is no exaggeration to say that this will be an opportunity of a lifetime. We are looking forward to spending the weekend together on retreat at St Peters with you all.
With our love in the Lord Jesus, David & Wendy.

Worship and Fellowship
The Ellel Team will be leading us in worship, which will be interspersed with the sessions. Each session will involve teaching and prayer ministry will be available. During the coffee breaks and over lunch on Saturday there will be an opportunity for fellowship with the Ellel Team and one another. Also everyone is invited to the Bring & Share Lunch, which concludes the weekend between 1.00 & 2.00 pm on Sunday 9 September.
Accommodation and Food
Please see the separate handout for those who have kindly offered to host members of the Ellel Team. Hosts need only provide breakfast and a night time drink. Other members of St Peters are providing the food required for the main meals on Friday evening and Saturday for the team. Sunday will be a Bring & Share Lunch, so we all need to be ready to bring some food to that. Wendy Hills 01438 222912 is arranging the food so please contact her if you can help and also provide any gaps from that which has already been organised. For any questions on the accommodation please contact Barbara Blackwell in the Church Office 01438 236464.
SCOPE OF THE SESSIONS
The whole weekend is about enabling every single one of us who attends to walk further into the FREEDOM, which Jesus has won for each one of us on the cross. The subjects covered will be: Assurance of Salvation, Foundations of Healing Ministry, Forgiveness, acceptance and belonging, The Concept of Generational Sin and Soul Ties, Inner Healing and Emotional Wholeness and The Lordship of Jesus and the Work of the Holy Spirit.
On Sunday morning the 9 September we shall have our usual St Peters worship and communion service, when the theme will be The Restoring Heart of God. The weekend will conclude with the Bring & Share Lunch at St Peters.
If you have any questions about the nature of the programme, the content of the sessions, the purpose of the weekend etc then please speak to David or Wendy Hague 01438 238236.

Please check back here from time to time for an update on when the next Alpha course will be. Thank you.
